Fee.
The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of competent authority
for Amendment in the license agreement in respect of license fee and with effect
from 01.04.2004, the license fees shall be payable at a revised date given
below: --

Unified Access Service License, Andaman & Nicobar is a part of West Bengal
service area.
