The required information made available at the touch of a button can facilitate quick & correct decision making, redressal of grievances and better delivery of all services rendered by this office. In this perspective this website is an effort for providing information and welcoming suggestions.

This office performs for settlement of retirement benefits of BSNL & DoT employees, Management of Universal Service Obligation activities and its subsidy disbursement, Collection of License Fee and Spectrum Charges from different Telecom Operators within Orissa, etc.

This website will be of great help and immense use to the beneficiaries i.e. retirees of the BSNL, BSNL offices and Various Telecom Operators of the state of Orissa as well as to the visitors of this site.

An effort has also been made to furnish the pending position of the pension cases where the employee can go & see the latest status of his case. Most importantly in complaint/suggestion page one can go and communicate to us about his problems or suggestions. Every effort shall be made to address the problems as soon as possible. Although efforts have been made to put all the information in concise manner but omissions and mistakes can not be ruled out.
